Autumn Road Trip in the Rockies! My favorite Season!

We will be heading out in a few weeks for our annual Fall road trip. This year we will be heading to Kebbler Pass near Crested Butte and Redstone near Aspen! This has always been my favorite season. I love the crisp air, the scent of autumn leaves, the scent of a campfire on a cool fall night. Snuggling under my favorite quilt on cold nights and cooking all the delicious foods that are best in the cool weather. Definitely going to break out the dutch oven and the pie irons!! Here are some photos from previous road trips and I will post the ones from this year's trip when we get back. I am also going to try some more WW friendly recipes and I will share them with you, if they are a success!
